There are different rooms (ARTHUR, MERLIN, TRISTAN and AVALON) so watch out for right link. Links are also mentioned on this conference programme.

How do I enter a virtual meeting room?
There are various virtual conference rooms - Adobe Connect and Livestream on Facebook - the links of the various venues are listed on the programme.

ARTHUR (Main Venue): http://lancelot.adobeconnect.com/arthur

All of the sessions take place in a virtual classroom solution called Adobe Connect. You will find the link to each of the sessions on the conference program. Seats are limited in Adobe Connect and it is advisable that you come early. Unfortunately we cannot reserve any seats. When you click on the links mentioned in the programme,  you do not need to install any software. Please enter as guest. Write your name, city or country and enjoy the conference.

All of the keynotes will be livestreamed. Here is the link for the livestream page http://www.livestream.com/letstalkonline.
You can also watch the livestream on Facebook. You need a Facebook account to watch the livestream on facebook and you are asked to 'like' our page. This page has a text chat and you can log in with your Facebook, Twitter or Livestream account  http://tinyurl.com/vrtlivestreamonfacebook.

Can I ask questions and interact with the speaker and other participants?
You can always type your questions and comments in the text chat and if you would like to speak, then you simply request the mic. Please keep in mind, that many of the presenters are new to Adobe Connect and might not be able to read the text chat whilst presenting. Our moderators are at hand to make sure your questions and your comments are forwarded to the guest speakers and will bring them to his or her attention. If you want to speak in private with the moderator or with other participants, you can use private text chat. This private text chat is not viewed by anyone else but you and the person whom you are chatting to (this is different in Blackboard Collaborate, where all private text chat is seen by room moderators).

What can I do if a session is full?
The Adobe Connect room has a restricted capacity and when this is full, you will not be able to enter. We operate on a first-come-first-served basis, therefore so it is advisable to come early to get a virtual seat. If however, the session is full, you can watch the livestream http://www.livestream.com/letstalkonline on Facebook http://tinyurl.com/vrtlivestreamonfacebook.

Will the sessions be recorded?
All of the session will be recorded and you will be asked to consent to this being recorded at the beginning of the sessions. The conference recordings will be available on our Virtual Round Table Web Conference (http://www.virtual-round-table.com)
website.

Can I get a certificate? If you wish to receive a certificate of attendance, please send us an email with some info on which sessions you watched. We will then send you a certificate of attendance after verifying this with our participants attendance records.

What is the difference between attending Adobe Connect or
Livestream?

There is not a lot of a difference for those attending. The Adobe room capacity is limited and Livestream is not. We wanted to make sure that everyone can attend the keynotes. So, when you see the message: "Adobe Connect has reached maximum capacity", then you can always attend the keynotes via the livestream. You can chat and comment and ask questions in both settings and the questions will be forwarded to the presenter in real-time. You will see and hear and follow the presentations almost the same. The livestream feels a little bit like 'watching TV' whilst being in Adobe feels nearer to the presenter.
