Come join us for the 6th Virtual Round Table Web Conference, 17-19 May 2013 for language educators held entirely online in a web conferencing solution called Adobe Connect, with the main sessions being live-streamed on facebook.

Some 60 guest-speakers look forward to presenting in 48 hours over a period of 3 days the latest in this field on teaching and learning a language with

Keynote speakers are Nicky Hockly and Gavin Dudeney, Thomas Strasser, Sirin Soyoz, Angelika Guettl-Strahlhofer, Evelyn Izquierdo, Miguel Mendoza, Joe Dale, Steven Herder, Paul Driver and Shelly Terrell.

How to join the Virtual Round Table Web Conference 17-19 May 2013

Welcome to the 6th Virtual Round Table Web Conference. Here are some tips to get the best out of the the online conference.

Registration
You can sign up for the conference here on this NING site. You do not need to sign up for individual sessions. When you register, we will send you all the information and related links to the virtual classrooms.

Adobe Connect
The web conference takes place online in a web conference solution called Adobe Connect. For an Adobe Connect system and connection test click here. There are different rooms so watch out for right link. Links are mentioned on the conference program. Seats are limited in Adobe Connect and it is advisable that you come early.

Recordings
All of the sessions are being recorded. The conference recordings will be available on the Virtual Round Table website.

Adobe Connect provides a mobile app for iPod, iPad and Android devices, livestream can be watched as is on mobile devices.

where you can get updates about our conference and watch the keynote plenary

Certificates
If you wish to receive a certificate of attendance, please
sign up on this Eventbrite page
with your email and you will be send the
certificate via mail within 2 weeks of the conference. The certificates are
free of charge (but not free of cost, a donation is welcome).
